[Example of Water Conduction Works] Ground Rent Tunnel

Introducing a case where an arch drain AD026 for cold resistance was installed at a tunnel leakage site!

This is an introduction to a case of leak prevention work carried out by "Sen-do Water Works" at the Chidai Tunnel in Chidai Town, Ishikawa Prefecture. There was leakage from the joints and cracks in the tunnel, which posed a problem as dripping water affected passing vehicles and pedestrians. As a leak prevention measure, an Arch Drain AD026, which is resistant to cold, was installed at the leak points in the tunnel. With the installation of the drain, the leakage was prevented, and the dripping water no longer affected passing vehicles and pedestrians. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issue - Leakage from cracks was affecting passing vehicles and pedestrians. ■ Result - The installation of the drain prevented leakage, and passing vehicles and pedestrians were no longer affected by the water. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

[Example of Water Conduction Work] Minonotani Tunnel

Introduction of a case where the installation of shield drains prevented water leakage and eliminated dripping water on passing vehicles and pedestrians!

This is an introduction to a case of leak prevention work conducted by "line-guided waterworks" at the Minotani Tunnel in Kamikawa Town, Hyogo Prefecture. Water leakage was occurring from the walls of the unlined shotcrete tunnel, causing dripping onto the road, which was a problem. By installing a shield drain at the leak points of the shotcrete tunnel, we were able to prevent the leakage, ensuring that dripping water no longer affected passing vehicles and pedestrians. [Example of Water Conduction Work] Shadow Path Tunnel

We will introduce a case where a seal drain was installed to cover the water leakage next to the steel plate, and the construction was carried out to direct the water to the shoulder.

This is an introduction to a case of leak prevention work conducted by "Sen Dousuiko" at the Kageji Tunnel in Ono City, Fukui Prefecture. At the site, water leakage was occurring from the side of the existing steel plate (5mm thick). On the other hand, since the removal of the existing steel plate was not possible and the tunnel cross-section was small, there was a request to minimize protrusion from the wall, necessitating effective countermeasures. By installing seal drains, we were able to prevent water leakage, eliminating dripping onto the road. [Challenges] ■ Water leakage was occurring from the side of the existing steel plate (5mm thick) ■ Removal of the existing steel plate was not possible ■ Due to the small tunnel cross-section, there was a desire to minimize protrusion from the wall *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
